middle click to disassemble structure for 1 credit refund
defend the stronghold reactor for as much production time as possible

The idea is cool. But it's not so clear where you can build and if it's block the path, sometimes building are remove, refund doesn't work for me, and it's seems you can't build on blood or enemy.
Basically I have it delete any barricade near your cursor when the bugs can't find a path, it's not a great solution but needed. If a bug collides with a tower or barricade it is removed without refund. You can build on blood, but not on enemies for reason previous. I'll give you Gdevelop project if you want to try some stuff.
